Common Questions
How do I know which size dish rack will fit my counter?
Measure the width between your sink edge and the nearest wall or appliance — that's your limit. Most of our standard countertop racks are 18–22 inches wide and 12–14 inches deep. The compact models are under 20 inches wide. Dimensions are listed on each product page.
What's the difference between a drain spout and a drainboard?
A drainboard sits under the rack and collects water — you empty it manually every day or two. A drain spout is a small tube that channels water directly back into the sink continuously, so there's nothing to empty. If your rack sits right next to the sink, either works. If it sits further away, a drainboard is the more practical option.
Can these racks hold pots, pans, or cutting boards?

I have a dishwasher. Do I still need a dish rack?
Most people do. Nonstick pans, wooden cutting boards, sharp knives, insulated water bottles, and baby bottles typically shouldn't go in the dishwasher. A smaller countertop rack handles those without taking up much space — you don't need a large two-tier model if the dishwasher is doing most of the work.
